Sagar Cements has announced its 45th Annual General Meeting to be held on June 25, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. via Video Conference or Other Audio Visual Means. The company has intimated the closure of its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books from June 19, 2026, to June 25, 2026 (both days inclusive), in compliance with Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The book closure is aimed at identifying shareholders eligible to vote on resolutions at the AGM. The intimation was communicated to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. on May 14, 2026.
