Silly Monks Entertainment Limited reported a consolidated net loss of ₹198.69 lakh for FY26 against a net profit of ₹20.22 lakh in FY25, with total income declining to ₹2,326.53 lakh. The board approved a name change to Cresto Tech Limited and appointed Mr. Itikapati Madhusudana Reddy as CFO and Ms. Naneru Greeshma Sandhya as Company Secretary. An EGM is scheduled for June 29, 2026, to seek shareholder approval for the name change and alteration of objects.
