Sky Gold Appoints M S K A & Associates LLP as New Statutory Auditor

Sky Gold and Diamonds Limited has appointed M/s. M S K A & Associates LLP as statutory auditor for the company and its subsidiaries, effective May 9, 2026, to replace the resigned M/s V J Shah & Co. The new auditor, an established firm with pan-India presence, will serve until the conclusion of the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
