Smartworks to More Than Double Singapore Footprint With Workstudio Acquisition

Smartworks Coworking Spaces is set to more than double its Singapore footprint with the acquisition of flexible workspace provider Workstudio Spaces. The deal, expected to close in July 2026, will expand Smartworks to four centres and 76,000 sq. ft. of managed offices, strengthening its enterprise-grade presence in Asia’s leading business hub.
