South Indian Bank has disclosed the voluntary retirement of Ms. Biji S S, Chief General Manager and Head of Branch Banking, Liabilities, Micro & Small Enterprises and Third Party Products, effective June 17, 2026. The notice was submitted on May 18, 2026, under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, with Ms. Biji S S citing personal grounds after 30 years of service. The bank confirmed that internal leadership is adequate to ensure management continuity in the role.
