SRG Housing Finance Crosses INR 1,000 Cr AUM in Q4

SRG Housing Finance reported a landmark Q4-FY26 and FY26, crossing INR 1,000 Cr AUM at INR 1,042.15 Cr (+37.24% YoY), with Q4 PAT rising 49.43% YoY to INR 9.25 Cr and full-year PAT growing 33.16% to INR 32.49 Cr. NII grew 33.27% YoY in Q4 to INR 28.00 Cr, disbursements rose 31.11% to INR 139.61 Cr in Q4, and outstanding borrowings increased to INR 856.91 Cr in FY26 from INR 584.33 Cr in FY25, with NCDs introduced as a new funding source at 9.03% of the mix.
