Tech Mahindra announces record dividend and 39th AGM

Tech Mahindra Limited has announced a record total dividend of ₹51 per share for FY 2025-26, comprising a final dividend of ₹36 per share and an interim dividend of ₹15 per share. The 39th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for July 17, 2026, via video conferencing to approve the final dividend and other business. The company reported strong financial metrics for the year, including a revenue of ₹56,815 crore and a net profit of ₹4,811 crore.
