Touchwood appoints Rishabh Mishra as Company Secretary

Touchwood Entertainment has appointed Mr. Rishabh Mishra as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective May 21, 2026. The Board of Directors approved the appointment based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Mishra, an Associate Member of ICSI, brings experience from DLF Family Office and Pro CLB Global Limited.
