Excelsior Sports Correspondent UDHAMPUR, Oct 12: The Cycling Association of Udhampur organized a District Cycling Competition under the leadership of District President Rajesh Sharma and supervision of Cycling Association of J&K officials Om Parkash (General Secretary), Tajinder Singh (Treasurer) and S.S.
