The Shri Yuvraj General Library has accused the Municipal Corporation of favouring an influential family during the Kanthal–Chhatri Chowk road widening project. Library president Subhash Chandra Gaur claimed the altered centre line threatens the 113-year-old heritage building, while the Opposition demanded a fair and transparent review.
