Unichem Laboratories Limited has scheduled its 63rd Annual General Meeting for August 11, 2026, via video conference to approve the financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, and re-appoint Mr. Pabitrakumar Bhattacharyya as Managing Director and CEO. For FY26, the company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹252.84 crores, a significant increase from ₹137.52 crores in the previous year, while consolidated revenue rose to ₹2,201.85 crores. The Board also recommended a remuneration package for the Managing Director and noted that no dividend was recommended to conserve resources.
