Vipul Limited has appointed Mr. Dipesh Jasvantlal Shah and Mr. Sunil Gupta as Non-Executive Independent Directors effective June 26, 2026, for a five-year term. The appointments follow the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and comply with SEBI regulations. Mr. Sunil Gupta's appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the next General Meeting.
