Wipro Raises Aggne Stake To 80%, Strengthens Insurance-Focused AI And Transformation Capabilities

Wipro will acquire an additional 20 percent stake in Aggne Global Inc for USD 28.5 million, increasing its ownership to 80 percent. The deal will strengthen Wipro’s insurance technology offerings, especially in AI-driven and intellectual property-led transformation services for the Property and Casualty Insurance sector.
