Yash Highvoltage calls EGM to approve ₹151 crore preferential issue

Yash Highvoltage Limited has scheduled an Extraordinary General Meeting on July 15, 2026, to seek shareholder approval for a preferential issue of equity shares and warrants worth ₹151 crore. The Board has sanctioned the issuance of shares and warrants at ₹721 each to institutional investors including Malabar India Fund Limited and Whiteoak Capital India Opportunities Fund. Proceeds will fund the expansion of Resin-Impregnated Paper and Oil-Impregnated Paper bushing manufacturing facilities.
