Zaggle acquires 100% CCPS stake in Rivpe Technology

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited completed the acquisition of 16,407 CCPS in Rivpe Technology Private Limited on June 11, 2026. With a face value of ₹20 each, these shares represent a 100% stake in the target entity's CCPS. Consequently, Zaggle now holds full ownership across both Equity and CCPS in Rivpe Technology.
